Upgraded and keeping busy

yes yes yall sorry for the delay in posts but ive been keeping busy i promise you that. since my last post ive upgraded to a canon and i have to say i think im in love lol the colour is so on point the pics are soooooo much sharper. im actually ashamed i ever took pics with the sony. but i digress asides from the major hardware upgrade ive also been keeping busy with quite a few events. but ya heres a little taste of what ive been working on. enjoy :)

Nick Matas

Ok so yesterday i did my very first serious shoot with nick downtown and i have to say i was nervous as HELL but the temperature was nice and when I met up with nick i pulled myself together and went ham on the photos. we took alot so it was hard to choose just a few because every pic was so on point. nick really had alot of fun with it so it was easy to shoot him on top of that he brought a TON of clothes so we had alot of variety to work with when we were doing out thing. while out nick told me about how he has a skateboard team and he was just building his portfolio for that and just to have some more personal pics I was a little disappointed that he didnt actually BRING a skateboard so i could take some pictures of him doing his thing but it was all good. by the end of the day we hit up goodfoot one of his favorite stores down on queen and spadina and they let us take a few pics there which turned out to be pretty damn good if i do say so myself lol. Sorry for the hiatus

I havent been on here for quite some time. mostly because of other work I've had to do but in the time I've taken a break I've also learned a little bit more. its amazing little i knew and how much that still needs to be leanred. but alas, a few pictures of some of the hard work I've been putting in.

So yesterday I was bored at home when my boy drew called me just as bored so we decided to hit our next boy up and go downtown for the hell of it I mean its downtown Toronto something has to be poppin right ? Anyways, i decided to get my camera just in case we ended up seeing something worth taking a picture of....


Eventually, it got a little cold but it was early and the night was too young to leave so we decided to take some snapshots of some pretty sweet graffiti in a few different locations in Toronto (Logan and Drew decided to jump in a few of them quite literally lol) Despite the cold and the lack of a decent flash we still got some pretty sweet pics out of the night. I really gotta shout these dudes out because no matter where or when they're really down for anything and that's the kind of spontaneity that I personally think can make or break a good picture.
